She is knowledgeable about the market, always on time, very responsive, well informed about different areas, willing to recommend service providers and truly exceptional on follow-up. She runs her business as a business should be run in a way that ensures not just customer satisfaction but customer delight and repeat business. I cannot speak highly enough of Mary Jeffrey. Mary helped me sell my prior home and purchase a new one. During the selling process, Mary's professional expertise and advice helped bring in several offers over asking price within a matter of hours. She knows what she is doing! From day one, I got the feeling that Mary genuinely cared about selling my home and I knew she was an agent I could trust. After my home went under contract, Mary was incredibly helpful in making recommendations and setting up all appointments to have repairs completed, etc. It was so nice to have her take that stress off of me during the process. Mary also helped me purchase a new home. I cannot thank her enough for being so attentive and patient with me during the buying process. She truly listened to what I wanted and I felt she was personally invested in finding me the perfect home. I felt like I was her only client. Every morning she would send me new listings from the MLS that she thought I would be interested in. I valued her honest opinion as we looked at many houses together. After I found my new home, Mary was again very helpful in making recommendations for inspectors, roofers, etc. She was also excellent at dealing with the other agents involved in the transaction, even after closing. Overall, Mary made selling AND buying a home easy, seamless, and stress-free. I very much enjoyed working with her and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Mary!!!

Buying and selling a home was one of the most stressful events we have ever gone through. Our agent, Mary Jeffrey, was so professional and responsive that she made the whole process easy. She took the time to answer all of our questions and really negotiate on our behalf to get us the best deal.
