I had a great experience - particularly for a purchase made while I was out-of-state and having never seen the property in-person when our offer was accepted. From several FaceTime video tours to recommendations for local contractors, I felt was well taken care of and had complete faith in my agent. Despite everyone's surprise with the low appraisal number that we received, the transaction was simple and straight-forward from my perspective. I know there was additional work to be done by the agents and attorneys behind the scenes to address a title issue that came up, but I was kept in the loop and it was a seamless transaction from my view. I will gladly recommend Mary, Katy, and Crye-Leike to others.
