I had never met Katy til I contacted her about purchasing my new place (I am the only person that doesnt have a realtor friend apparently ! ) and what a joy it was to work with her ! she was willing to show me any place I wanted and was always prompt and showed up with a smile ! very knowledgeable and expediate about how and getting information for me since condo living is new to me.. she was very helpful with information about the area and made me excited for my new adventure... would definitely recommend Katy for your next home purchase ! 10 stars !

Katy and Mary are absolutely fantastic. As a first-time homebuyer, I had done some research, but was overall completely unfamiliar with the home buying process. Katy & Mary worked tirelessly on my behalf to find me the perfect home. Even with the high market competition currently, they never lost faith in my ability to find the perfect home. However, they were also quick to steer me away from any home that would not be a good fit. They didn't let me settle! Furthermore, as a first-time homebuyer, they took so much time to explain the process in-depth and answer any questions I had at any time. I feel so lucky to have worked with them! I cannot recommend Katy & Mary highly enough!
