Ms. Mary was very informative and she moved very swiftly when it came to my questions and concerns. She made sure I understood the process and what my rights were. She had a very pleasant and welcoming attitude and so did Kathy . Kathy was also a big help when Ms Mary isn't available she's right there so nothing goes missed . It was a pleasure having them apart of my team during my transition
