Katy & Mary were wonderful to work with! They are the picture of professionalism and you couldn't find better realtors. They helped us prepare, price, & list our house so we could maximize profit. The contractor, photographer, & videographer they recommended to us were also top notch. They helped us navigate purchasing our new home from good friends with minimal awkwardness. Our friends' realtor was a bit difficult to work with but they managed him & our subsequent emotions with panache. I couldn't be more thankful we selected Katy & Mary to help us through this process. They were a joy to work with and we'll refer them to everyone we know who are looking for a realtor. We were unbelievably blessed by these two!
