Our experience with Mary and Katy was absolutely phenomenal. Katy and Mary used the information gleaned in our initial conversations to inform our selection of first house visits while then adapting our future visits from real-time feedback we provided. They executed a perfect balance of letting us "steer the ship" while simultaneously using their expertise to navigate questions and considerations. We knew they would not let us settle on an option that didn't truly align to our hopes for a future a home - our agenda was the only one they privileged through the experience. We consistently felt heard throughout the entire process. Mary and Katy were responsive and all communication was professional and concise. On top of it all, they mitigated stress to make the entire home-buying experience a truly pleasant one. We have already recommended them to anyone expressing interest in buying or selling a property.
