Katy and Mary are absolutely fantastic. As a first-time homebuyer, I had done some research, but was overall completely unfamiliar with the home buying process. Katy and Mary took so much time to explain everything in-depth, which really built my confidence in my decisions throughout the process. Even in this competitive market, they worked tirelessly to find me the PERFECT home, and along the way they did not let me compromise on what I was ultimately searching for, even when I felt the constraints of the market. I highly recommend Katy, Mary, and Crye-Leike to anyone looking to purchase a home!

As first time home buyers we could not have had a better experience, which is a lot say in this current market. Katy guided us through it all step by step and we truly don't know how she does it! She was so proactive and responsive to all of our questions/concerns that our minds were constantly at ease knowing she had our backs 100% of the time. Aside from being our agent, Katy was also our emotional support through the highs and lows of the whole process and maintained communication after to ensure all our needs were met. Katy is the best!!! If we are to do this all over again in the future we know just who to call.

I had never met Katy til I contacted her about purchasing my new place (I am the only person that doesnt have a realtor friend apparently ! ) and what a joy it was to work with her ! she was willing to show me any place I wanted and was always prompt and showed up with a smile ! very knowledgeable and expediate about how and getting information for me since condo living is new to me.. she was very helpful with information about the area and made me excited for my new adventure... would definitely recommend Katy for your next home purchase ! 10 stars !

Katy & Mary worked tirelessly on my behalf to find me the perfect home. Even with the high market competition currently, they never lost faith in my ability to find the perfect home. However, they were also quick to steer me away from any home that would not be a good fit. They didn't let me settle! Furthermore, as a first-time homebuyer, they took so much time to explain the process in-depth and answer any questions I had at any time. I feel so lucky to have worked with them! I cannot recommend Katy & Mary highly enough!
